Complaints Procedure
The Dorset Law Society can assist if you have a complaint against one of our member firms and have exhausted the firm’s own complaints procedures. Our aim is to act as an honest broker to reach a satisfactory resolution between you and our member firm. Please set out your complaint in writing and email it to enquiries@dorsetlawsociety.co.uk marked for the attention of the President. There is no charge for this service.
Missing Wills or Deeds
We can also assist you if you are missing a Will or Deeds. Please provide as much information as you can including your contact details etc. We will then distribute your enquiry around to all of our members and if anyone has any information they will contact you as soon as possible. There is no charge for this service.
Finding the right Solicitor
If you are dealing with a specific issue and unsure who to go to for advice, please contact us via email explaining your situation. We will assist you by distributing your enquiry around to all our member firms. If a Solicitor can deal with your request they will be in touch as soon as possible to arrange a meeting and give you the correct advice to proceed with your case.
